We have a 30-day, no questions asked, return policy on everything with the exception of Gift Cards & Clearance Items. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to send it back for a full refund in the form of Store Credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please remember to send the bag the item came in back with the item. The bag has identifying product information that is helpful when processing your return.
Once we receive the item back & the return is accepted, a store credit for the full amount minus shipping will be issued to you via email. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Clearance items or gift cards. If you send back a clearance item to us, store credit will not be issued.

Exchange Info:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item. However, we are more than happy to help you with your exchange when you contact us via [email protected]. Exchanges are accepted for same item/style only. We are happy to send you a different size, if available, if your item does not fit.
Note: Regular Priced & Regular Sale Items are returnable. Only items with Clearance in the title (Shown on your packing slip) are Final Sale & not returnable.
Promos & BOGO Returns: If you return items from an order where you used a Buy & Get an Item Free Promotion, you will be charged accordingly the difference if your original order would not have met the criteria for the deal. For example: If we are running a promotion where you get a free item for every $100 you spend & you spend $110 but return items that will make your amount spent on the original order only $50, the retail price of the free item will be deducted from your refund. In the event that you received a free item with purchase, it is a good idea to do an exchange, as this will not effect your promotion. You can also return your free promo item if you do not want to be charged for it.
Holiday Season Return Policy: All orders placed between October 15th and December 15th are eligible for an extended return policy. All orders placed in this time frame will have until January 20th of the following year to complete their return. Any item shipped back to us that is not post marked by this date will not be refunded for store credit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You must contact us within 3 business days of receipt of your order for damaged, missing or wrong items. In this case, there may be an exception to the refund policy. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Clearance items or gift cards. If you send back a clearance item to us, it will NOT be refunded.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. Returns that are eligible to be returned (i.e. not on clearance), postmarked within the 30 day return period & in the original condition with tags attached, will be approved & accepted. If approved, you’ll be automatically issued a store credit minus return shipping fee of $6.95 if applicable. Please allow 3 business day from the time we receive the return and the time you receive notification regarding your store credit.
