Shipping Policy

We make each glass by hand in our glass workshop in Wisconsin. Production time is 2-3 business days for standard glasses and 3-5 business days for custom etched glasses. Shipping times vary depending on which shipping method you select when you complete your purchase. Standard shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days. Expedited shipping takes approximately 3-4 business days. Please note, shipping times indicate the time spent in transit once production is complete.

Refund Policy

If you want to return your BenShot glass for any reason - it's too small, it's too big, your buddy dropped it in the campfire, let us know. We can send you a replacement glass, or help you exchange it for a better suited glass. Whatever you like, let us know, and we'll make it right.
