Overview

Spangled is a marketplace of multiple vendors; as a result, there is no single umbrella refund or returns policy that Spangled can enforce. We strongly encourage but do not require, our Vendors to provide their customers with friendly and helpful refund and return policy terms. In most cases, you may return any unopened and unused merchandise, within 30 days of purchase, with exceptions for excluded items (see below). It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to review and understand the individual Vendor’s refund and return policy.

If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, We (Spangled) nor our Vendors are obligated to accept returned items or refund requests.

To initiate the return process, please reach out to your vendor directly by email or by visiting their Vendor page and clicking the returns or refund link. Should you not be able to get in touch with your Vendor please email Spangled directly at [email protected].

Shipping Returns, Fees, & Timeline 

See ‘Overview’ and citations regarding the nature of the Spangled marketplace, shipping returns, fees, and timelines are at the individual discretion of the Vendors. Spangled strongly encourages our Vendors to offer friendly and helpful returns, fees, and abbreviated timelines.

In most cases, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. The order’s original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (you are responsible for return shipping costs).

NOTE: It is highly recommended that returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured at your expense. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return department.

After a return is initiated with our return department:

  1. Return the item to the address given to you by our return department.
  2. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise.
  3. We will notify you via phone, mail, or e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

You can expect a refund (less restocking and shipping fees), in the same form of payment originally used for purchase, within 20 business days of our receiving, inspecting, and processing your return. We are not in the business of holding funds, the 20 days is dependent upon financial institutions processing these requests.

Excluded Items

Some products are exempt from Spangled’s return policy and will generally be excluded from our Vendors’ return policy as well..

  • Products on sale (at the time of purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Magazines, catalogs, books, or other periodicals.
  • Downloadable software products
  • Access to third-party training courses

Exchanges

See ‘Overview’ and citations regarding the nature of the Spangled marketplace, exchanges are handled individually by Vendors on a case-by-case basis. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
